Common use of Brokerage Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Arrangements. Neither Transferor nor any of its Affiliates has entered, directly or indirectly, into any contract or arrangement with any Person that would obligate Transferee to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other fee in connection with this Agreement, the other Contribution Documents or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
