Common use of Brokerage Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Brokerage Arrangements. The Purchaser has not entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement with any Person that would obligate the Seller or any of their Affiliates to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, or the transactions contemplated hereby.

Brokerage Arrangements. The Purchaser Neither of the Sellers has not entered (directly or indirectly) into any agreement Contract with any Person that would obligate require the Seller or any payment of their Affiliates to pay any a commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, the Transaction Documents or the transactions contemplated herebyhereby or thereby for which Buyer would be responsible.

The Purchaser Acquirer has not entered (entered, directly or indirectly) , into any agreement Contract with any Person that would obligate the Seller Contributor or any of their its Affiliates to pay any commission, brokerage or “finder’s fee” or other similar fee in connection with this Agreement, Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
