Broker Fee. Neither party is obligated to pay any premium or other charge, brokerage fee or commission in connection with the agreements set forth herein. Each party will indemnify the other and hold it harmless from any such claim arising out of such party's acts or those of its representatives.
Broker Fee. No person has any right or other claim against the Sellers for any commission, fee or other compensation as a finder or broker in connection with the Repurchase Transaction.

This Contract will automatically be extended to the settlement date if the Property is under contract (Sales Agreement) on the expiration date. Broker Fee. Each Indemnifying Party jointly and severally indemnifies each Indemnitee from any claim made by a broker, finder, agent or other intermediary against the Company after Closing in connection with the negotiation or execution of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby except for those claims made against Parent or White Mountain pursuant to Section 5.5, hereof.
Broker Fee. No later than one day prior to the first day of each Agreement Month, Plan Sponsor shall pay Company a Monthly Broker Fee, as billed by the Company, for Members covered under the Plan during that Agreement Month at the rate outlined below.
