Broken leave. Leave shall be granted and taken in one continuous period; or if the employer and the employee so agree, in not more than three separate periods in respect of the first thirteen weeks entitlement, and not more than two separate periods in respect of any subsequent period of entitlement.
Broken leave. The annual leave shall be given and taken in a continuous period, or, if the employee and the company so agree it may be taken in more than one part.
Broken leave. 18.3.1. The annual leave shall be given and taken in one or two continuous periods. If the annual leave is given in two continuous periods, one of those two periods must be of at least 21 consecutive days, including non-working days.
