  • Transfer Documents In furtherance of the contribution, assignment, transfer, conveyance and delivery of the Assets and the assumption of the Liabilities in accordance with Section 2.1(a), (i) each Party shall execute and deliver, and shall cause the applicable members of its Group to execute and deliver, to the other Party, such bills of sale, quitclaim deeds, stock powers, certificates of title, assignments of contracts and other instruments of transfer, conveyance and assignment as and to the extent necessary to evidence the transfer, conveyance and assignment of all of such Party’s and the applicable members of its Group’s right, title and interest in and to such Assets to the other Party and the applicable members of its Group in accordance with Section 2.1(a), and (ii) each Party shall execute and deliver, and shall cause the applicable members of its Group to execute and deliver, to the other Party, such assumptions of contracts and other instruments of assumption as and to the extent necessary to evidence the valid and effective assumption of the Liabilities by such Party and the applicable members of its Group in accordance with Section 2.1(a).   • COPIES OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 31.01 Following the signing of the Collective Agreement, each Employee affected shall be provided with a copy by the Employer within seven (7) days of receipt of the copies by the Employer. The Collective Agreement shall be printed in booklet form by the United Nurses of Alberta. The costs of printing shall be shared equally between the parties.

  • Deposit’s Format Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-­‐xxxxx-­‐xxxxxxx-­‐registry-­‐data-­‐escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-­‐xxxxx-­‐noguchi-­‐dnrd-­‐objects-­‐mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-­‐8 character encoding will be used.

  • Per-­‐Registrar Transactions Report This report shall be compiled in a comma separated-­‐value formatted file as specified in RFC 4180. The file shall be named “gTLD-­‐transactions-­‐yyyymm.csv”, where “gTLD” is the gTLD name; in case of an IDN-­‐TLD, the A-­‐label shall be used; “yyyymm” is the year and month being reported.   • DOCUMENTATION; RECORDS OF PROCESSING Each party is responsible for its compliance with its documentation requirements, in particular maintaining records of processing where required under Data Protection Law. Each party shall reasonably assist the other party in its documentation requirements, including providing the information the other party needs from it in a manner reasonably requested by the other party (such as using an electronic system), in order to enable the other party to comply with any obligations relating to maintaining records of processing.

  • Printing of Collective Agreement The Hospital and Union agree that the cost of printing the collective agreements will be shared equally between the parties. The Union will be responsible for having the collective agreements printed in booklet format within sixty (60) days of its signing by both parties.

  • Daily Reports On each Business Day, the Servicer, with prior notice, shall prepare and make available at the office of the Servicer for inspection by the Trustee a record setting forth (i) the aggregate amount of Collections processed by the Servicer on the preceding Business Day and (ii) the aggregate amount of Receivables as of the close of business on the preceding Business Day.
