Broader Coverage. If the Service Provider maintains broader coverage and/or higher limits than the minimums shown above, the District requires and shall be entitled to the broader coverage and/or higher limits maintained by the Service Provider.

All required insurance coverages under this article shall provide primary coverage and shall not require contribution from any County insurance, self-insurance or otherwise, which shall be in excess of and shall not contribute to the insurance required and provided by Lessee.
