Broadband. Broadband infrastructure that is designed to provide service to unserved or underserved households and businesses and that is designed to, upon completion:
Broadband. 4.1 In order to use the VOIP Service, it is the Customer’s respon- sibility to procure at its cost a Broadband connection, either through Company or through a supplier approved by Com- pany.
Broadband. 4.1 Where IP Centrex services are to be supplied, an arrangement to provide a Broadband connection must be made by the customer, either through VAIONI or through an approved supplier of suitable broadband services (in accordance with criteria to be provided by Vaioni.)This will generally require the provision of a single analogue BT line, by the Customer.

Broadband. The Broadband agreement runs for the term detailed on the order form and or line rental agreement, it will be renewed unless notice of termination is provided. The Broadband agreement may be terminated with effect from the end of the Agreement minimum term, or any subsequent anniversary thereof, by either party giving at least 90 days’ notice to the other to expire on the last day of the Agreement Term or on an anniversary of that day.
Broadband. 6.13 The Government agrees to continue to develop and deliver, in collaboration with the Heart of Hampshire, a joint programme to drive commercial rollout of superfast broadband.
Broadband. 8.1 We will endeavour to activate your broadband service by the date notified to you following your order, however all dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee that they will be met.
Broadband. 1. Broadband speeds indicated are maximum speeds only, actual speeds received at Your Premises at any given time may vary. Factors that affect speed may include line quality and length from the exchange, hardware and software, the source of the download, internet traffic, other services running on the network and your ISP.
Broadband. 29.1 Where you have ordered Broadband, it should be noted that the speed quoted is a theoretical maximum speed available under ideal conditions. The actual ADSL or FTTC line rate supportable will be determined during the first 10 days of use, after which time the highest stable rate possible will be set. It should also be noted that ADSL or FTTC is a rate- adaptive product, which means that the speed at which it downloads and uploads may fluctuate during the contract period. We are unable to guarantee the bandwidth that you will receive until you start using it and we reserve the right to revise the price to that of the bandwidth actually delivered, or to cancel the Agreement where bandwidth is less than ordered or is unable to be supplied at all, Bandwidth is dependent upon distance from local exchanges, local electromagnetic or radio interference, the quality of the end user microfilter and modem and the quality of the connections to the telephone exchange, the latter component of which may not accurately be determined until servi ce commences.
Broadband. (6) Coordinate the development of cost-sharing systems for respective user agencies for their proportionate parts of the cost of maintenance and operation of the systems and services listed in subdivision (5) of this subsection.
