Breeding Rights. Breeding rights are the rights you can possess to breed a dog. Breeding rights are a tool used by dog breeders to control the development of their bloodline when a dog is sold to a third-party. A dog can be sold on limited or full registration at the choice of the Breeder, which is defined below.
Breeding Rights. All of Hillsview Farm Goldendoodle puppies are sold on a strict NON-BREEDING agreement. The Buyer understands that this puppy is being sold as a pet only and does not convey any breeding rights. Dog will be registered with Goldendoodle Association of North America as contractually obligated to be desexed. If any Hillsview Farm Goldendoodle not authorized for breeding is found to be breeding, a breeding dog fee of $25,000 USD is owed to the Breeder immediately and the dog can be reclaimed by the Breeder without notice. Legal action will be taken if needed to collect damages. All legal fees are at the Buyer’s expense. The Buyer agrees that the puppy/dog must be spayed or neutered before the age of 12 months from the date of birth. Failure to have the dog spayed or neutered within the first 12 months will void the health warranty in its entirety. Proof of spay/neuter in the form of a receipt from the vet showing the microchip number must be supplied to Hillsview Farm within 30 days of procedure to maintain your heath warranty. Proof of spaying/neutering by 12 months of age must accompany any request for warranty reimbursement.
Breeding Rights. If puppy is sold without breeding rights (see above in Price), seller may not breed puppy under any circumstances or conditions – whether intentional or unintentional (ac- cidental), at any age. If puppy breeds and subsequent litter is born buyer will be subjected to a fine of $5,000.00 per puppy. A litter is herein defined as a live birth of one or more puppies. If sold with rights, this paragraph does not apply. Rehoming and Care: Buyer is responsible to continue puppy’s vaccinations. If puppy is found to not being vaccinated, seller will contact Animal Services and legal action may be taken on the basis of neglect. This is for the protection for the puppy. Xxxxx agrees puppy will never be placed with a rescue or shelter but will return puppy to seller. If puppy can be rehomed by seller, seller will deduct expenses and consideration will be given to refund any net difference between origi- nal sales and rehoming sales. A refund is not guaranteed and will be on a case-by-case basis. If puppy is sold with breeding rights and is disclosed as a “xxxxx” pattern/color, buyer agrees to NOT breed to another xxxxx or cryptic xxxxx animal. Dispute(s) of Disagreement(s): Seller and buyer both agree that in the rare instance of a dis- agreement between the parties, the situation will not be discussed on social media, public group online (Craigslist, Facebook, etc.). While parties are free to discuss privately outside of social media or with legal counsel, any public and/or online discussion will be considered a violation resulting in a fee of no less than $500.00 per posting/comment, or up to the recoverable amount in a Libel/Slander suit – this is to protect the reputation of both seller and buyer. All issues will either be privately resolved or taken to an arbitrator or a court of law at the expense of the party with the initiating complaint. Legal expenses are the responsibility of the initiation party, unless otherwise by a court/arbitrator. Any court hearing and filings must be in Grant County Arkansas in which seller resides; therefore, this contract is bound and enforced by the laws and codes established in the State of Arkansas. Breeding Rights. I: If breeding rights are purchased the Buyer shall create a plan to insure that each puppy the dog produces will be placed in a loving, caring home and that under no circumstance shall any puppies produced by the Buyer’s dog, end up in a pet shop, animal shelter, humane society, rescue group, research laboratory, or similar facility.
Breeding Rights. If breeding rights has been purchased and E + X Xxxxxx Paws has it highlighted above the Buyer agrees to the following terms. This puppy is sold on full rights and allows breeding. The Buyer is free to breed their dog. E + X Xxxxxx Paws cannot guarantee breeding soundness of any kind including but not limited to infertility, libido, physical flaws, testicular retention, issues passed to offspring such as deafness, silent heats, or whelping issues as there is no way to guarantee breeding soundness on any dog. Using DNA of any kind the Pomsky breed allows for 15% marginal error if other breeds are detected, and this is what we stand for and abide by. You assume all risk buying a dog for breeding, as we have provided the parent DNA results. The Buyer agrees to use “E + T” as a prefix on any registration papers.

Breeding Rights. This Dog is sold with *NO* breeding rights. The Dog is to be spayed/neutered at the age recommended by the Purchaser’s veterinarian, and no later than 1 year of age. In the event the Purchaser is unable to keep this dog for any reason, the Purchaser agrees to offer the Breeder the first chance to take this Dog back. The Breeder may choose to have the Dog returned or to assist with a re-sale. In the event of a re-sale, the neuter/spay contract must be continued to the new buyer as part of the sales contract, signed and notarized. Xxxxxxx must be informed of the new owner's name and contact information. Purchaser agrees not to sell this dog to any retail company or establishment. Any changes to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to ensure that the Dog does not produce puppies prior to being spayed/neutered. Pregnancy prior to 18 months can be detrimental to the health of the mother, at times resulting in death. Female puppies have their first heat approximately 6-9 months of age, and it is highly recommended that they are kept away from all other intact male dogs 100% of the time during this 3 week cycle. If this Dog is found sold or used as a breeding dog without the purchase of additional breeding rights OR if a copy of spay/neuter is not provided from Purchaser's veterinarian for the Dog within ONE YEAR (365 days) to the owners of Arctic Tails Pomskies, Purchaser will be fined and legally bound to a $10,000 fee for post-breeding rights. Additionally, 50% of the money from the selling of any "oops" or accidental litters is required to be paid to Arctic Tails Pomskies as an additional measure of protection for the Dog and the proprietary lines of Arctic Tails Pomskies Kennel. All damage claims and disputes will be filed and settled in the Breeder’s state and county, and all accrued legal fees are the Purchaser's responsibility. If breeding is the Purchaser's intent for this puppy, it must be disclosed at time of purchase and will include an additional cost of agreement rights, with veterinary references/ breeding experience and an entirely different approval process before the Breeder will release this Dog to the Purchaser for this purpose. Breeding Rights. No breeding rights will be offered at the time of purchase. Rights may be given at a later time. In my opinion, there are too many people breeding for the wrong reasons. I’m just trying to do my part to preserve the breed. Breeding rights may be given after the pup is fully DNA tested and certified as a healthy dog, and a fully finished Bird Dog Testing will be done at the buyer’s expense. Once breeding rights have been approved, I will be willing to assist you in finding a suitable mate for your dog. It is with the utmost importance to start utilizing current, available testing. If we do not start utilizing testing, the breed that we love will meet its demise sooner rather than later.

The Buyer certifies that he/she is buying this dog for him/herself, to keep, nurture and cherish for the entire lifetime of the dog, and is not acting as an agent for another party. The Buyer agrees to take good and reasonable care of this dog, feed and house the dog properly, and promptly to give or secure the best of attention to the dog's physical welfare. No guarantees of any type are offered or implied by this contract except those that are specifically so stated. No money will be refunded in whole or in part. Social Media Clause: All questions/concerns must be addressed privately through phone/text/email only. All disputes must be left all social media until an agreement has been made by both parties. Failure to do so may result in a penalty fee of $500. Health This dog is sold in good health with all vaccinations current. If a veterinarian issues a written statement stating that the dog is not in good health, the dog may be returned to the Seller within 48 hours of the time of receipt and the Seller will replace the dog with another of approximately the same quality and sex as soon as one becomes available. This puppy is guaranteed for two full years for life-threatening congenital defects. You must take your new puppy to be vet checked with in 72 hours of receiving puppy for any and all guarantee to be effective. If there is found to be one of these defects the puppy must be returned before a replacement can be made. Buyer must give statement from vet stating the defect.
