Xxxxxx agrees to hold harmless and make no claim against Xxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, leasers or owners of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participants in the KAP, or the insurer of the KAP for the damage, theft or loss of any items consigned to the KAP. KAP does not anticipate any thefts, damage, or loss and takes every precaution to prevent them, but occasionally these events may occur. Xxxxxx agrees to waive any & all claims for personal injury resulting from participations in the KAP from whatever cause either foreseen or unforeseen against Xxxxx or Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, leasers or owners of the space where the sale is held, any volunteers or paid participants in the KAP, or the insurer of the KAP. Volunteers will be needed before, during and after the sale. Once you are scheduled, we rely on you to keep your commitment to working your scheduled shift. If for any reason you cancel your work shift after March 3rd, 2022, a $10.00 fee (per shift missed) will be deducted from your final check (unless you schedule and work another shift). BREAST PUMPS. 12.1 What is the process for distributing and returning breast pumps during this time? Distribution of breast pumps will be more difficult with clinic closures. Encourage mothers to put their babies to the breast if desired and possible. Additionally, most WIC mothers can receive personal breast pumps through their Medicaid MDHHS fee-for service or HMO health plans. Many of the health plans have at least one provider that will send pumps through the mail. If participants have difficulty receiving pumps from Medicaid, they should call the Beneficiary Hotline at (000) 000-0000. FOR THE SAFETY OF CLIENTS, WE ARE RECOMMENDING ISSUING ONLY SINGLE-USER PUMPS.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where InterGlobe has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to InterGlobe. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for InterGlobe (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Rhytidectomy Scar revision, regardless of symptoms. • Sclerotherapy for spider veins. • Skin tag removal. • Subcutaneous injection of filling material. • Suction assisted Lipectomy. • Tattooing or tattoo removal except tattooing of the nipple/areola related to a mastectomy. • Treatment of vitiligo. • Standby services of an assistant surgeon or anesthesiologist. • Orthodontic services related to orthognathic surgery. • Cosmetic procedures when performed primarily: o to refine or reshape body structures or dental structures that are not functionally impaired; o to improve appearance or self-esteem; or o for other psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. • Drugs, biological products, hospital charges, pathology, radiology fees and charges for surgeons, assistant surgeons, attending physicians and any other incidental services, which are related to cosmetic surgery.

  • Tuberculosis Examination The examination shall consist of an approved intradermal tuberculosis test, which, if positive, shall be followed by an X-ray of the lungs. Nothing in Sections 5163 to 5163.2, inclusive, shall prevent the governing body of any city or county, upon recommendation of the local health officer, from establishing a rule requiring a more extensive or more frequent examination than required by Section 5163 and this section. § 5163.2.   • Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

  • Fueling delivering or dispensing fuel, defueling and refueling, or any other transfer of fuel on Airport property.

  • Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.
