Breaks. A. The Employees shall be entitled to a meal break of thirty (30) consecutive minutes in each regular work day. If an Employee is required to work five (5) consecutive hours without a meal break, he shall be compensated for the thirty (30) minutes so worked at the applicable rate of pay. This is not to be construed to deny the Employee time to eat his meal.
