Breaks and Lunches. Customer Service office employees’ normal lunch break shall begin either at 12:00 noon or 1:00 p.m. All other employees normal lunch break shall begin at 12:00 noon. The above times may be altered at the sole discretion of Management, up to thirty (30) minutes before or after the start of the normal lunch break.
