Breaks and Lunch. Unless otherwise mutually agreed upon between the supervisor and the food service employee, food service employees who work at least five and one-half (5.5) hours per day or more shall be provided a continuous, uninterrupted, 30-minute, duty-free lunch. Lunch schedules may be adjusted when emergencies arise. A place, where possible, away from the work station will be provided for a duty-free lunch. All food service employees are entitled to a lunch or any component of a daily menu at the cost of the meal components. The food should be consumed on site and should not be removed from the building. This will not remove an optional food item for students. All nonsupervisory educational support employees working four (4) or more consecutive hours daily shall be provided one 15-minute break and employees who work seven and one-half (7.5) hours or more daily shall be entitled to a second 15-minute break during the day (see chart below). The scheduling of this break will be at the discretion of the manager or designee with the limitation that it must be scheduled during the duty day. In the event of an emergency, breaks may be denied. Breaks and Lunch. Each employee covered by this Agreement is permitted two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks. An hour will be provided for lunch. Employees will be paid for 30 minutes of lunch and the other 30 minutes will be unpaid.

Breaks and Lunch. 21.01 a) The Company agrees to grant two (2) paid rest periods of ten (10) minutes duration per shift. Such breaks shall be scheduled approximately halfway during each half shift. The Company shall decide which employees and how many employees will take their break at the same time.
Breaks and Lunch. An Employee shall be entitled to a break in the morning and afternoon, which shall not exceed ten (10) minutes from the time the Employee stops work until work resumes. The breaks shall be restricted to close proximity to the Employee's place of work on the job site, and they shall not hinder the progress of work. Employees will be allowed to apply their 10-minute afternoon break at the end of the shift at the discretion of the employer. Thirty (30) minutes is allotted for an unpaid lunch break and all employees are required to take that full break during the work day. This applies to all areas and chapters. SCHEDULE 4
Breaks and Lunch. Any employee working four (4) hours or more per day will receive a fifteen minute break as scheduled by the Food Service Coordinator. No additional minutes will be added to the daily hours worked to accommodate this break.
