Breaking Ties. In the event that there is a tie, the tie will be broken by the toss of a coin by the District’s Contracts Manager or designee in the presence of any authorized representatives of the proposed Bidders at the bid opening.

Breaking Ties. Ties in seniority shall be broken by randomly drawing names of the employees printed on paper of equal size, folded, stapled, and mixed in random fashion in a box, hat, or other suitable container. The drawings will be carried out by the Association President and the Sheriff or their designees.
Breaking Ties. 1. Should seniority ties occur between individuals bidding on telecommunications classes, such ties shall be broken and the assignment awarded on the basis of a random draw.
