Break Housing. This Agreement period does not include the Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Break periods (see the University academic calendar for exact dates). Students with permanent addresses three (3) or more hours away from campus may apply for Thanksgiving and Spring Break housing. Approved students may have to relocate to a designated building and pay additional fees to remain on campus during the break period. Housing is not available during the Winter Break.
Break Housing x. Xxxxxxx University offers housing during university break periods, including Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break and Spring Break, for students residing in designated break housing. All other halls are closed during university break periods. The Office of Housing and Residential Life does not guarantee space will be available for all students who require housing during break periods.
Break Housing. In the interest of security, staffing, and energy conservation, residential facilities except for Xxxxxxxx and Hospital Hill Apartments will close during fall, winter, and spring breaks. There is not food service available during breaks. Failure to vacate the facility by the designated closing time will result in a monetary charge.

Break Housing. 1. Pace University Housing is closed during the following break periods, and housing at these times is not included in this agreement, nor is it covered by the housing fees identified above:
Break Housing. If I choose to stay on campus during the breaks between semesters, I agree to pay for break housing ($170.00 per week). All residents staying on campus between semesters will be required to pay for break housing and sign up for break housing via the housing portal. Break housing will only be offered to eligible qualifying students (registered full-time for the following semester). • Qualifying Student o Summer II – Resident transitioning to Fall housing and are registered for Fall classes. o Winter Break – Residents currently in Fall housing and registered for Spring 2022 classes. o May to Summer I – Spring residents transitioning to Summer housing and are registered for Summer classes or Fall classes. o Approved Early Arrivals – Residents that are on an approved and submitted UIW organization roster. Room Changes/Consolidation*: The University reserves the right to make room changes or consolidate residents during and prior to occupancy. If a change is conducted, the student’s account will be adjusted to the proper room rate for that assigned space. The University reserves the right to assign the additional space in a room to another student as that space becomes available. Residents may only occupy the space assigned. Per University policy, residents must be notified 48 hours in advance for any administrative room changes. *All details regarding the cancellation policy and other housing information can be found in the Residence Life Handbook. The terms and conditions of the Residence Life Handbook are incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this document. The Winter Break Housing Fee is $225.
Break Housing. Students living in on-campus housing may not occupy their units during official break periods designated by MU, which typically include Thanksgiving Break, Winter Break, and Spring Break periods since on-campus housing and dining facilities are closed (notification will be sent prior to the break periods). Break housing will be provided in a designated residence hall location for international students, athletes participating in competition, and student teachers or internship participants whose programs continue during a break period. Other students will be housed on a space-available basis in break housing and will be charged the daily fee at the current room rate for the number of days housing is provided. Students permitted to remain on-campus for breaks may be consolidated and relocated due to safety concerns. During low demand periods, and due to safety considerations, MU may not provide break housing.
Break Housing. Residence Halls are closed during winter break, during which your Unit and the Common Areas may be unavailable, and University services may be reduced or discontinued. You may request authorization to access and use your Unit and the Common Areas during breaks by submitting a written request. Break housing requests are in the University’s discretion. The University may assess additional daily room fees for break housing.
Break Housing. Laker Hall may close between fall and spring semesters. University Housing offers limited break housing. Residents requiring Break Housing must apply before December 1, at the University Housing Office.
