Common use of Breach of the Rules Clause in Contracts

Breach of the Rules. Notwithstanding paragraph 25 of the schedule to the Scheme, if in the opinion of the Scheme Operator a Participating Institution is in breach of its obligations under these Rules, the Scheme Operator may by notice in writing take such action as the Scheme Operator deems appropriate in the context of the breach and may recommend to the Guarantor that the Guarantor take any of the actions detailed in paragraph 25 of the schedule to the Scheme.
