Common use of Breach of other obligations Clause in Contracts

Breach of other obligations. (a) Any Obligor or the Builder fails to comply with any other material provision of any Security Document or there is any other material breach in the sole opinion of the Agent of any of the Transaction Documents and such failure (if in the opinion of the Agent in its sole discretion it is capable of remedy) continues unremedied for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of its occurrence and in any such case as aforesaid the Agent in its sole discretion considers that such failure is or could reasonably be expected to become materially prejudicial to the interests, rights or position of the Lenders [*]; or

Breach of other obligations. (a) Any Obligor or the Builder fails to comply with any other material provision of any Security Document or there is any other material breach in the sole opinion of the Agent of any of the Transaction Documents and such failure (if in the opinion of the Agent in its sole discretion it is capable of remedy) continues unremedied for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of its occurrence and in any such case as aforesaid the Agent in its sole discretion considers that such failure is or could reasonably be expected to become materially prejudicial to the interests, rights or position of the Lenders [*]Lenders; or
