Common use of Breach of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.07, 6.08, 6.09 or 6.10 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.07, 6.08, 6.09 or 6.10 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section ‎Section 6.03, 6.07‎6.09, 6.086.10, 6.09 ‎6.11, ‎6.12 or 6.10 6.14 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.07, 6.08, 6.09 6.08 or 6.10 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section ‎Section 6.03, 6.07‎6.09, 6.086.10, 6.09 ‎6.11 or 6.10 ‎6.12 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the any Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.036.1(iii), 6.07Sections 6.2 through 6.4, 6.08, 6.09 (with respect to the Company’s or 6.10 or (b) any of the other terms its Subsidiaries’ existence), Section 6.9(i), Sections 6.11 through 6.13 or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereofSection 6.18.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.07, 6.08, 6.09 6.10 or 6.10 6.11 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the any Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.036.1(iii), 6.07Sections 6.2 through 6.4, 6.08, 6.09 (with respect to the Company's or 6.10 or (b) any of the other terms its Subsidiaries' existence), Section 6.9(i), Sections 6.11 through 6.13 or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereofSection 6.18.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section ‎Section 6.03, 6.07, 6.08, 6.09 or 6.10 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.076.10, 6.086.11, 6.09 6.12 or 6.10 6.13 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.07, 6.086.09, 6.09 6.10, 6.11, 6.12 or 6.10 6.13 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.07, 6.08, 6.09 6.3 or Sections 6.10 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereofthrough 6.21.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.076.09, 6.086.10, 6.09 6.11 or 6.10 6.12 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.07, 6.08, 6.09 6.3 or Sections 6.10 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereofthrough 6.20.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section ‎‎Section 6.03, 6.07‎6.07, 6.08‎6.08, 6.09 ‎6.09 or 6.10 ‎6.10 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.07, 6.08, 6.09 6.3 or Sections 6.10 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereofthrough 6.23.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.076.09, 6.086.10, 6.09 6.11, 6.12 or 6.10 6.13 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.076.09, 6.086.10, 6.09 6.11, 6.12 or 6.10 6.14 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.. Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.036.02, 6.076.04 (with respect to the legal existence of the Borrower only), 6.086.09, 6.09 6.10, 6.11, 6.12 or 6.10 6.13 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03Sections 6.3, 6.076.7, 6.086.9, 6.09 6.10, 6.11, 6.13, 6.15, 6.16 or 6.10 6.17 or (b) any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement which is not remedied within thirty (30) days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.

Breach of Covenants. The breach by the Borrower of (a) any of the terms or provisions of Section 6.03, 6.07, 6.08, 6.09 6.1(i) (with respect to the Borrower or 6.10 any Guarantor) or (b) Sections 6.9 through 6.24; or the breach by the Borrower of any of the other terms or provisions of this Agreement Section 6.7 which is not remedied within thirty five (305) days Business Days after an Authorized Officer of the Borrower knows of the occurrence thereof.
