Breach excludes. 11 1) Any unintentional acquisition, access, or use of PHI by a workforce member or 12 person acting under the authority of CONTRACTOR or COUNTY, if such acquisition, access, or use 13 was made in good faith and within the scope of authority and does not result in further use or disclosure 14 in a manner not permitted under the Privacy Rule.

Breach excludes. 11 1) i. Any unintentional acquisition, access, or use of PHI by a workforce member or 12 person acting under the authority of CONTRACTOR Contractor or COUNTYCounty , if such acquisition, access, or use 13 was made in good faith and within the scope of authority and does not result in further use or disclosure 14 in a manner not permitted under the Privacy Rule.
