Common use of Branding Clause in Contracts

Branding. If reasonable possible, Licensor will provide Licensee and the Participating Institutions the option to brand the Licensor’s Platform with the name of the Licensee and/or Participating Institutions Sites at Licensee’s discretion.

If reasonable commercially possible, the Licensor will provide allow the Licensee and the Participating Institutions the option to brand the Licensor’s Platform platform with the name of the Licensee and/or the Participating Institutions Sites at the Licensee’s or the Participating Institution’ own discretion.
