Branding Specifications. Licensee's use of the Licensed Trademarks (including without limitation in Finished Product Unit and Art & Marketing Materials) shall comply with the Branding Specifications in Exhibit C. Licensee shall not use Licensed Trademarks in association with any third party trademarks in a manner that might suggest co-branding or otherwise create potential confusion as to source or sponsorship of the Software Title or Finished Product Units or ownership of the Licensed Trademarks. Upon notice or other discovery of any non-conformance with the requirements or prohibitions of this section, Licensee shall promptly remedy such non-conformance and notify Microsoft of the non-conformance and remedial steps taken.

EA shall not use Licensed Trademarks in association with any third party trademarks in a manner that might suggest co-branding or otherwise create potential confusion as to source or sponsorship of the Software Title, FPUs or DFUs or ownership of the Licensed Trademarks unless Microsoft has otherwise approved such use in writing. Upon notice or other discovery of any non-conformance with the requirements or prohibitions of this Section 19.3, EA shall promptly undertake diligent commercial efforts to remedy such non-conformance and notify Microsoft of the non-conformance and remedial steps taken.
Branding Specifications. Company’s use of the Xbox 360 Logos will comply with the Branding Specifications and will conform in all respects to the Submitted Materials finally approved by Microsoft as required hereunder.
