Bounties. As full compensation for each Delivered Customer who signs up for the Promoted AT&T Services on the iVillage Sites, iVillage will accrue quarterly bounties ("Accrued Quarterly Bounties") for Delivered Customers in accordance with the bounty schedule in Exhibit A. iVillage will "earn out" the Quarterly Minimum Payments against the Accrued Quarterly Bounties as follows: At the end of each Contract Quarter, if the total Accrued Quarterly Bounties in such Contract Year are greater than the Quarterly Minimum Payments to date in such Contract Year, AT&T will pay iVillage the difference between the Accrued Quarterly Bounties due in such Contract Quarter and the Quarterly Minimum Payment for such Contract Quarter. However, if the Accrued Quarterly Bounties to date in such Contract Year are less than the Quarterly Minimum Payments to date in such Contract Year, no payment shall be due iVillage for any bounties in such Contract Quarter.

Bounties. Provider agrees to pay Netscape a bounty for each new -------- Subscriber. The amount of each bounty will be calculated as specified in Attachment C and will accrue as to each Subscriber on the [*] of service to such Subscriber by Provider. Provider will pay Netscape bounties on a calendar month basis within thirty (30) days of the end of the month in which the bounty accrued. The payment may be made either (i) with the monthly report required to be submitted by Provider under Section 8 below or (ii) by electronic wire transfer to an account designated by Netscape.
Bounties. CompuServe shall pay Manager the fee set forth below ("BOUNTY(IES)") for individuals who become qualified Users during a given month while this Agreement is in effect and have been acquired as new members of the Service through Manager's execution of the marketing program set forth in SCHEDULE B, attached (the "MARKETING PROGRAM"). A bounty will be paid to Manager for a qualified User that was obtained through Manager's efforts prior to the termination. A "QUALIFIED USER" is a new member of the Service who: (a) does not have an existing membership to the Service; (b) becomes a member of the Service in direct response to Membership Kits (defined in SCHEDULE B) or a toll-free inquiry phone number specifically designated for Manager's use in executing the Marketing Program; and (c) remains a member of the Service in good standing for at least three (3) paid months. Bounty Fee: A one-time bounty payment of $CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION per qualified User.
Bounties. In addition to the Base Fee, once Company has obtained [****] member registrants from the Co-Branded Site, Company shall pay ZDNet bounty payments ("Bounties") of [****] for each new member registration made on the Co-branded Site in excess of such four hundred thousand new member registrations during the Term. For purposes of this Section 9(c), member registration shall mean those individuals originating from the ZDNet Site who complete the Co-branded Site member registration form. The Company shall pay the Bounties, if any, to ZDNet within thirty (30) days after the close of each calendar quarter commencing with the calendar quarter beginning October 1, 1999 and ending December 31, 1999 (each such period, a "Quarter"). Each payment shall include a report summarizing registrations filed during the applicable Quarter and all prior Quarters and calculation of Bounties. Company shall deliver such quarterly report whether a payment is due and owing or not. ZDNet shall have the right to examine or appoint an independent certified public accountant to examine and audit, at ZDNet's own expense, and not more than once a year, during normal business hours, the relevant records of Company relating to calculation of Bounties. If such audit uncovers a deficiency in payment, Company shall promptly reimburse ZDNet in the amount of such underpayment and if the underpayment is ten percent (10%) or greater, Company shall also promptly reimburse ZDNet for the reasonable costs of such audit.
