Common use of Boundaries Clause in Contracts

Boundaries. (a) To Borrower’s knowledge and in reliance on, and except as otherwise specifically disclosed on a Survey, none of the Improvements which were included in determining the appraised value of the any Individual Property lie outside the boundaries and building restriction lines of such Individual Property to any material extent, and (b) no improvements on adjoining properties encroach upon the such Individual Property and no easements or other encumbrances upon such Individual Property encroach upon any of the Improvements so as to have a Material Adverse Effect.
