Bottled Water. Potable Water shall be packaged in single-service polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles with flat caps. Bottles may be any size up to 1 liter in size, with .5 liter (16.9-ounces) bottles being preferred, at the Customer’s discretion. Note: Thin wall bottles are NOT preferable due to previous poor performance in rough handling situations but are acceptable in the interest of time. Gallon containers of water are NOT acceptable. No exceptions will be permitted unless indicated in writing by Customer at the time of order.

Parents are encouraged to provide nutritious snacks such as fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese, yogurt and crackers. Juice at snack time is discouraged as it promotes tooth decay and obesity and makes it difficult to keep classrooms clean.

  • Underground Storage Tanks In accordance with the requirements of Section 3(g) of the D.C. Underground Storage Tank Management Act of 1990, as amended by the District of Columbia Underground Storage Tank Management Act of 1990 Amendment Act of 1992 (D.C. Code § 8-113.01, et seq.) (collectively, the “UST Act”) and the applicable D.C. Information pertaining to underground storage tanks and underground storage tank removals of which the D.C.   • Storage Tanks If storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials located on the Premises or the Project are used by Tenant or are hereafter placed on the Premises or the Project by Tenant, Tenant shall install, use, monitor, operate, maintain, upgrade and manage such storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, obtain and maintain appropriate insurance, implement reporting procedures, properly close any storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other actions necessary or required under applicable state and federal Legal Requirements, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended in connection with the installation, use, maintenance, management, operation, upgrading and closure of such storage tanks. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Tenant shall have no right to use or install any underground storage tanks at the Project.

  • Temperature Where low temperature and/or self-service cases are used for any of such merchandise coming under the jurisdiction of the Union, such cases shall be served only by employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.

  • Production Work The Company may use Outside Entities to perform production work outside the plant and its environs provided the Company demonstrates that it is utilizing plant equipment to the maximum extent consistent with equipment capability and customer requirements and the Company is making necessary capital investments to remain competitive in the steel business and is in compliance with Article Eleven, Section B (Investment Commitment).
