Common use of Borrower’s co Clause in Contracts

Borrower’s co. operation The Borrower will co-operate fully and will procure that the other Security Parties co-operate fully with the Banks in connection with any assignment, transfer or sub-participation pursuant to Clause 14.1; will execute and procure the execution of such documents as the Banks may require in connection therewith; and irrevocably authorises each of the Finance Parties to disclose to any proposed assignee, transferee or sub-participant (whether before or after any assignment, transfer or sub-participation and whether or not any assignment, transfer or sub-participation shall take place) all information relating to the Security Parties, the Facility or the Security Documents which each such Finance Party may in its discretion consider necessary or desirable (subject to any duties of confidentiality applicable to the Banks generally).

Borrower’s co. operation The Each of the Borrower and the Guarantor will co-operate fully and will procure that the other Security Parties co-operate fully with the Banks in connection with any assignment, transfer or sub-participation pursuant to Clause 14.116.1; will execute and procure the execution of such documents as the Banks may require in connection therewith; and irrevocably authorises each of the Finance Parties to disclose to any proposed assignee, transferee or sub-participant (whether before or after any assignment, transfer or sub-participation and whether or not any assignment, transfer or sub-participation shall take place) all information relating to the Security Parties, the Facility or the Security Documents which each such Finance Party may in its discretion consider necessary or desirable (subject to any duties of confidentiality applicable to the Banks generally).

Borrower’s co. operation The Borrower Borrowers will co-operate fully and will procure that the other Security Parties Guarantor co-operate operates fully with the Banks Lenders in connection with any assignment, transfer or sub-participation pursuant to Clause 14.112.1; will execute and procure the execution of such documents as the Banks Lenders may require in connection therewith; and irrevocably authorises authorise each of the Finance Parties to disclose to any proposed assignee, transferee or sub-participant (whether before or after any assignment, transfer or sub-participation and whether or not any assignment, transfer or sub-participation shall take place) all information relating to the Security Parties, the Facility or Facility, the Security Documents or the Guarantee which each such Finance Party may in its discretion consider necessary or desirable (subject to any duties of confidentiality applicable to the Banks Lenders generally).
