Common use of Borrower Representative Clause in Contracts

Borrower Representative. Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints the Borrower Representative, as the agent for such Borrower on its behalf, to (i) request Loans from the Lenders, (ii) to give and receive notices under the Loan Documents and (iii) take all other action which the Borrower Representative or the Borrowers are permitted or required to take under this Agreement.

Borrower Representative. Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints the Borrower Representative, as the agent for such Borrower on its behalf, to (i) request Loans from the Lenders, (ii) to give and receive notices under the Loan Documents and (iii) take all other action which the designates Borrower Representative to be its attorney and agent and in such capacity to borrow, sign and endorse notes, and execute and deliver all instruments, documents, writings and further assurances now or hereafter required hereunder, on behalf of such Borrower, and hereby authorizes Agent to pay over or credit all loan proceeds hereunder in accordance with the Borrowers are permitted or required to take under this Agreementrequest of Borrowing Representative.

Borrower Representative. (a) Each Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints the Borrower Representative, as the agent for such Borrower on its behalf, to (i) request Loans from the Lenders, (ii) to give and receive notices under the Loan Documents and (iii) take all other action which constitutes the Borrower Representative as its agent to request and receive the proceeds of advances in respect of the Loans (and to otherwise act on behalf of such Borrower pursuant to this Agreement and the other Loan Documents) from Lenders in the name or on behalf of each such Borrower. The Borrower Representative hereby accepts such appointment.
