BOOTH ASSIGNMENT. While initial booth reservation is mutually agreed to by the exhibitor and Management, final assignment is the proprietary right of Management. Every attempt will be made to locate the exhibitor in the booth he or she has reserved but in extenuating circumstances, the booth can be reassigned without approval of exhibitor. The exhibitor shall not assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space assigned or have representatives, equipment or materialsfirms other than his own in the exhibit space without written consent from the Management.

BOOTH MUSIC Live or taped music is prohibited as part of an exhibit or display without written permission from an appropriate music licensing source (i.e. BMI, ASCAP). Evidence of such an agreement must be available for review upon request. In the event written confirmation cannot be documented, the vendor agrees to cease playing the music.

Assignment of booth location at the festival grounds will be determined by the Vendor Coordinator based on the following: Any special requests approved by the Vendor Coordinator prior to load in Proximity to vendors selling similar items Electrical service requested Other determining factors RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS Spaces at the A. C Xxxxxx Equestrian Park are not confirmed until payment is received in full. A late processing fee of $25.00 will be charged for reservations postmarked after April 28, 2017, with Vendor Coordinator approval and only if space is available. GPSC reserves the right to limit the number of similar vendors on a first come, first served basis. PASSES Each vendor will be issued two (2) weekend vendor passes to the festival grounds and (1) parking pass valid for both Saturday and Sunday. Additional vendor passes may be purchased for $10.00 each from the Vendor Coordinator (Limit 4 per vendor).
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT. Exhibit Manager shall have sole discretion in assigning and reassigning the location of booths. All official and advertised floor plans notwithstanding, Exhibit Manager may change the location of any exhibit at any time up to the time that Exhibitor begins setup. Exhibitor shall not reassign, sublease, or share assigned exhibit space with any person, firm, or other entity, nor shall Exhibitor allow any person, firm, or entity to solicit business in any form in Exhibitor’s assigned space, without prior notification to, and approval by, Exhibit Manager. Applications submitted without payment may not be assigned space until the appropriate payment is received.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT. The IEEE will make every effort to accommodate each applicant’s preferred booth location. If Exhibitor’s choices are not available, the IEEE will do its best in placing Exhibitor nearest to Exhibitor’s choices. The IEEE reserves the right to assign space subject to such parameters as booth structure or size and to rearrange the floor plan as deemed necessary in the IEEE’s sole discretion.
BOOTH ASSIGNMENT. Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx will attempt to accommodate placement requests but makes no guarantee that requests for specific placement/location will be granted. Booth placement will be at the sole discretion of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx.
