Bookkeepers. You may authorize individuals to have read-only "bookkeeper access" to certain information about Company’s use of the Services on Company’s AtoB Account. These individuals may view and run reports and download statements.

You may make deposits in person, by mail, or by any other method we make available, such as our automated teller machines (ATMs) and night depositories. We are not responsible for deposits made by mail, night depository or through a depository not staffed by the Bank's personnel until we actually receive the deposits and record the receipt of those deposits on our books and records. If you fail to endorse an item that you submit for deposit, we have the right, but are not obligated, to supply the missing endorsement. We may require that certain government checks, insurance company items, or other instruments be endorsed by each of the payees. You agree to reimburse us for any loss or expense we incur because you fail to endorse an item exactly as it is drawn. You agree that, without prior written approval from us, you will not knowingly deposit items into your Account that do not have either a true original signature of the person on whose account it is drawn or an authorized mechanical reproduction of that person’s signature.   • Bookkeeping Borrower shall keep on a calendar year basis, in accordance with GAAP or federal income tax accounting principles, consistently applied, proper and accurate books, records and accounts reflecting all of the financial affairs of Borrower and all items of income and expense and any services, Equipment or furnishings provided in connection with the operation of the Property, whether such income or expense is realized by Borrower, Manager or any Affiliate of Borrower. Lender shall have the right from time to time during normal business hours upon reasonable notice to examine such books, records and accounts at the office of Borrower or other Person maintaining them, and to make such copies or extracts thereof as Lender shall desire. After an Event of Default, Borrower shall pay any costs incurred by Lender to examine such books, records and accounts, as Lender shall determine to be necessary or appropriate in the protection of Lender’s interest.
