The Agent will ensure that details of the BDV’s booking terms and conditions set out in this link (Booking Terms and Conditions) are provided to any Guest or potential Guest before any booking is confirmed. The Booking Terms and Conditions form part of this contract and the Agent agrees to abide by such Booking Terms and Conditions and to ensure that the Guests agree to abide by such Booking Terms and Conditions.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. In these terms, the Home Country Athletic Federations (“HCAF”) include England Athletics, Welsh Athletics, Athletics NI and Scottish Athletics. The relevant HCAF for your booking will be stated in the course description.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. All paperwork, safety briefing and gear-up must be completed. At the time of booking, validity of various package offers should be confirmed as SA reserve the right to change without notice. All bookings are given an ‘Arrival/Check intime only. Please note this is not a ‘skydive’ time. Whilst SA endeavour to complete an individual’s tandem skydive within 4 hours of arrival, SA advise you to arrive with no time constraints – you should plan for this to be a whole day’s activity. As safety is SA’s main concern, factors such as wind, cloud, rain, thermal turbulence etc. and other factors such as air traffic can affect the time it takes to complete your skydive activity. Weather can change for better or worse in minutes, and you will be unable to skydive unless you are at SA’s Drop Zone. Weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances can also require SA to alter the altitude of the skydive. As aircraft are mechanical and periodically become unavailable, SA reserve the right to change aircraft type without notice. On occasion, these aircraft changes and Air Traffic Control (ATC) may require SA to change the required altitude and number of participants in a plane. Further, SA reserves the right to reschedule your skydive. Medical conditions which could affect your safety should be discussed with your doctor prior to your booking. No alcohol or “recreational” drugs are to be taken for at least 8 hours prior to arrival. Please advise SA if you are taking prescription medication. Minimum age is 12 years old and all minors must have a legal guardian present on the day of the tandem skydive. All persons are subject to Tandem Master assessment. Weight over 110kg is subject to DZSO/Tandem Master assessment and different weight cut-off limits may apply at each location. All persons 95kg and over will incur a surcharge of $50.00 AUD (inclusive of GST). Those 105kg and over, a surcharge of $75.00 AUD (inclusive of GST) applies. Those 115kg and over, a surcharge of $100.00 AUD (inclusive of GST) applies. Discount coupons are valid only for direct bookings with SA as specifically stated on advertisement. Booking agents are not obliged to accept discount coupons. All Public Holidays incur the regular tandem skydive weekend rate. All online bookings incur a $4.95 per transaction fee (inclusive of GST). All bookings are final, no refunds are given.

Children's equipment is not safe and is not designed to be used by adults. Adult supervision must be kept at all times when the equipment is in use. Any pegs and ropes must stay in place and must be replaced if any do become loose. The equipment should never be moved to another location. Rain cover ropes untie from the bottom. Any blowers should remain ON at all times and should not be switched off for fun. Doing this can result in motor burnout, damaged equipment and unsafe equipment. The only time equipment should be turned off is if strong winds pose a danger. If rain occurs the power connections should be covered and the power should remain ON. Towels may be used to wipe excess water off after a shower. Steps should be taken to prevent mud entering the equipment (see Note 3). The equipment should NEVER rub or chaff on ANY object. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. All payments made to Ultimate for additional activities and/or tours are processed via our PCI DSS compliant, eWay Payment Gateway. Your travel consultant or Group Leader will advise you payment deadlines at time of booking. Tours/activities must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your start date. Please understand we reserve the right to cancel your booking if payment has not been received in time. Bookings made within 6 weeks of travel will require full payment at time of confirmation. For any open dated bookings, you will be required to let us know your preferred travel date 6 weeks in advance, availability cannot be guaranteed. Deposit payments are non-refundable. Making Your Booking To book your trip simply choose a Start Date and complete our online booking form. Once your payment has been processed, our reservations team will email you a Booking Confirmation, plus all the necessary information about your trip. All payments are processed via the PCI DSS compliant, eWay Payment Gateway – let’s just say it’s a safe online payment. To make your booking, select your chosen departure date and any optional extras you would like to book. If you are unsure about optional extras or if you need additional accommodation before or after your tour, you can let us know later via email. If you have a travel date in mind but you're not ready to pay in full, you can secure your spot with a $200 deposit. We'll send you a booking confirmation as well as important information about your tour. Your final payment is due 45 days before your tour date. A non refundable 1.8% booking processing fee applies to each booking.
