Booking Process. Expedia will provide notice of each Booking processed through the Expedia System. You will provide Expedia confirmation of receipt of every Booking notification within forty-eight (48) hours of Expedia’s notification being delivered to You. You must honor every Booking for which You receive a Booking notification.
Booking Process. Expedia will provide notice to Supplier of each Booking processed through Decolar API. Decolar shall make the then-current version of the Decolar API available to Expedia for use by Expedia in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Decolar shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with the standard development and operations of the Decolar API in the form delivered to Expedia. Decolar will provide reasonable notice to Expedia, prior to making any material changes or updates to the Decolar API. In such notice, Decolar will determine if the upgrade is critical or a standard operational upgrade. Expedia shall make its best efforts to implement the critical upgrades within three (3) months and the standard operational upgrades within nine (9) months. Expedia acknowledges and understands that to be able to comply with this Agreement it will need to operate the then-current version of the Decolar API in accordance with the timelines set forth above.

If the credit against a Voucher is not sufficient to meet the Voucher Redemption Payment, Smartbox Group UK Ltd shall only pay to the Partner an amount equal to the credit against the Voucher (less the Promotion Fee) but the Partner may, at its own discretion, agree to accept top up payment directly from the Customer. Booking Process. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details of any Course booking form are complete and accurate. Each Course booking will be an offer by the Customer to attend the Course subject to these terms and conditions. Entrust will not be bound to permit attendance at any Course booked until it has accepted the booking by means of receipt of a confirmation and payment (see Section 9) from the Customer. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that by clicking accept on the Entrust booking confirmation these terms apply to the Customer’s Course booking.
Booking Process. To start a booking, you need to agree with these terms and conditions, pay the trip deposit and our professional service fees (where applicable) and complete the credit card authorization form, if using a credit card for payment. We are free to accept your offer on behalf of the relevant Supplier or reject it at our sole discretion. We accept all major credit or debit cards with a verifiable billing address. In the event the fare selected is not available, an approval code may have been issued on your credit card. If the transaction is not completed the approval code may temporarily debit the amount from your bank account. The terms of your booking (such as price, availability and/or dates of travel) are not guaranteed until the ticket or confirmation number is issued. Please note that once you have completed the booking, you can only cancel or change the details (such as names or destinations) of your booking at our sole discretion and in accordance with these and the Supplier’s terms & conditions. Travel arrangements involving airline and cruise components are subject to Suppliers’ supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the Supplier and/or government, even after you have completed your purchase. You hereby consent to any such pricev increases and authorize your credit or debit card to be used for them. Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms.
Booking Process. You may book onto a British Athletics or HCAF course (a “Course”) by completing the online registration/booking process, paying the required Course fee (the “Fee”) and submitting a passport photo online as directed. If your Fee is being paid by a third party, the Fee must be paid at the time of booking or you should submit an invoice request form, signed by the third party, with the booking which confirms the third party’s agreement to pay the Fee within 30 days of the booking date. A purchase order number must be supplied by the third party if an invoice is raised. Booking a course for someone else: specific conditions. • When booking courses on behalf of other people you must obtain their permission to provide The Athletics Governing Bodies with their personal data before booking them on to a course. You must also ensure that they have been made aware of and read any booking information (including these terms and conditions) and that they have agreed that you can accept these terms on their behalf as part of the booking process. • When booking a course for a child U18 or as a child U18, by accepting these booking terms and conditions you are declaring that the child (or you the child) has / have parental permission to attend the course being booked. Booking Confirmation Your place on a Course is only confirmed once you receive an official confirmation email from British Athletics or the relevant HCAF. We will not reserve places for individuals and we will not verbally confirm places over the phone. Places are filled on a first come, first served basis. Closing Dates Applicants for Courses are advised to book early, and we cannot accept any applications which are received after the published Course closing date. The relevant HCAF or British Athletics may decide to extend the closing date if this is deemed necessary.
