Booking Policy. Occupancy rates naturally fluctuate throughout the year based on market conditions. When reservation confirmation is received, occupancy rates are locked in for the dates in the reservation. Should occupancy rates go up, you understand you will not be required to pay more. In addition should occupancy rates go down, you understand you will not be entitled to a refund.

XxxxXxXxxx.xxx does not get any alert from Operatordirectly.

Booking Policy. The use of the meeting rooms and other portions of the Conference Center Facility shall be in conformance with the Booking Policy to be attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B and made a part hereof upon execution of the Booking Policy. The Booking Policy and any amendments thereto shall be approved by Management Company and Owners. The initial fee schedule to be attached to the Booking Policy and approved by Owners and Management Company for all space, services and goods provided at the Conference Center Facility (“Conference Center Fee Schedule”) shall be attached to this Agreement as Exhibit B-1 and made a part hereof. The Booking Policy and Conference Center Fee Schedule shall be reviewed annually by Management Company and the Owners and the Conference Center Fee Schedule for each Fiscal Year shall be submitted by Management Company to Owners for review and approval sixty (60) days prior to the time Management Company submits the Revised Annual Operating Projection described in Section 9.03 B. Room Blocking Policy Management Company and Owners, with respect to the Hotel Facility, shall abide by and be subject to the Room Blocking Policy to be attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C and made a part hereof upon execution of the Room Blocking Policy, as may be amended from time to time. The Room Blocking Policy and any amendments thereto shall be approved by Management Company and Owners. The initial rate schedule to be attached to the Room Blocking Policy and approved by Owners and Management Company (“Guest Room Rate Schedule”) shall be attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C-1 and made a part hereof. The Room Blocking Policy and Guest Room Rate Schedule shall be reviewed annually by Management Company and the Owners and the Guest Room Rate Schedule for each Fiscal Year shall be submitted by Management Company to Owners for review and approval sixty (60) days prior to the time Management Company submits the Revised Annual Operating Projection described in Section 9.03 B.
Booking Policy. Under the terms of this Agreement, VSA is the primary entity responsible for the booking of space within the HBGCC. VSA’s ability to book space within the HBGCC is subject to the City’s rights as owner and operator of the HBGCC to determine whether such bookings are in the best interests of the City. The City shall have the right to place priority bookings within the HBGCC on an exception basis, based upon such determination by the City as to the benefit provided by such booking and coordinated with VSA.
