Donations It is recognized that the Employer may sponsor donations to worthy charitable organizations. However, no employee shall be required to make contributions nor shall any employee be told a specific amount he should contribute. There shall be no compulsion with regard to such contributions.
Blood Donations An employee may be granted leave with pay, up to a maximum of two (2) hours, for donating blood during regularly scheduled hours of work.

Subsidies 1. The rights and obligations of the Parties in respect of subsidies shall be governed by Articles VI and XVI of the GATT 1994, the WTO Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures and the WTO Agreement on Agriculture.
Residuals Nothing contained in this Agreement shall restrict Recipient from the use of any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in Information that are related to Recipient's business activities ("Residuals"), provided that in so doing, Recipient does not breach its obligations under this Section. However, this does not give Recipient the right to disclose the Residuals except as set forth elsewhere in this Agreement.
Charitable Donations Employee donations to charity funds shall be on a strictly voluntary basis.
Prescription and Over-the-Counter Medications Employees taking physician-prescribed or over-the-counter medications, if there is a substantial likelihood that such medication will affect job safety, must notify their supervisor or other designated official of the fact that they are taking a medication and the side effects of the medication.
Student Evaluations Student evaluations shall be completed by the end of the 12th week of the fall semester.
Children and minors If you are under 18 years old, then by entering into this Agreement you explicitly stipulate that (i) you have legal capacity to conclude this Agreement or that you have valid consent from a parent or legal guardian to do so and (ii) you understand the JetBrains Privacy Policy. You may not enter into this Agreement if you are under 13 years old. BENEFICIARY'S PROTECTIONS 5.1 The Guarantor shall not be discharged or released from this Deed of Guarantee by any arrangement made between the Supplier and the Beneficiary (whether or not such arrangement is made with or without the assent of the Guarantor) or by any amendment to or termination of the Guaranteed Agreement or by any forbearance or indulgence whether as to payment, time, performance or otherwise granted by the Beneficiary in relation thereto (whether or not such amendment, termination, forbearance or indulgence is made with or without the assent of the Guarantor) or by the Beneficiary doing (or omitting to do) any other matter or thing which but for this provision might exonerate the Guarantor.
