Bonus and Commission Qualifications. A. A Wellness Advisor must be active and in compliance with the Company Policies and Procedures to qualify for bonuses and commissions. So long as a Wellness Advisor complies with the terms of the Agreement, the Company shall pay commissions to such Advisor in accordance with the Compensation Plan.
Bonus and Commission Qualifications. A Business Partner must be active and in compliance with the Agreement to qualify for bonuses and commissions. So long as a Business Partner complies with the terms of the Agreement, Xxxxx shall pay commissions to such Business Partner in accordance with the Global Compensation plan. The minimum amount for which Xxxxx will issue a bank check or draft in U.S. currency is ten U.S. dollars ($10). If a Business Partner's bonuses and commissions do not equal or exceed ten U.S dollars ($10), the Company will accrue the commissions and bonuses until they total ten U.S. dollars ($10). A payment will be issued once ten U.S. dollars ($10) has accrued. Payment policies for bonuses and commissions in currencies other than the U.S. dollar will be established from time to time by the Company. Bonuses and commissions will be calculated, and checks will be issued, on or before the fifteenth day of each month.
Bonus and Commission Qualifications. A Distributor must be active and in compliance with the Agreement to qualify for bonuses and commissions. So long as a Distributor complies with the terms of the Agreement, LivElite International shall pay commissions to such Distributor in accordance with the Marketing and Compensation Plan. The minimum amount for which LivElite International will issue payment is $30.00. If a Distributor’s bonuses and commissions do not equal or exceed $30.00, the Company will accrue the commissions and bonuses until they total $30.00. SECTION 7 - 2 - Adjustment to Bonuses and Commissions SECTION 7 - 2 - 1 - Adjustments for Returned Products Distributors receive bonuses and commissions based on the actual sales of products to end consumers. When a product is returned to LivElite International for a refund or repurchase, either of the following may occur at the Company’s discretion: (1) the bonuses and commissions attributable to the returned or repurchased product will be deducted, in the month in which the refund is given and continuing every pay period thereafter until the bonuses and commissions are recovered, from the Distributors who received bonuses and commissions on the sales of the refunded product; or (2) the Distributors who earned commissions or bonuses based on the sale of the returned product will have the corresponding points deducted from their Group Volume in the next month and all subsequent months until such points are completely recovered.
Bonus and Commission Qualifications. A Coach must be active and in compliance with the Agreement to qualify for bonuses and commissions. So long as a Coach complies with the terms of the Agreement, Beachbody shall pay commissions to such Coach in accordance with the Coach Compensation Plan. The minimum amount for which Beachbody will issue a check is $10.00. If a Coach’s bonuses and commissions do not equal or exceed $10.00, the Company will accrue the commissions and bonuses until they total $10.00. A check will be issued once $10.00 has been accrued.
Bonus and Commission Qualifications. WOR(l)D reserves the right to establish the activation requirements each time. These requirements will be communicated through WOR(l)D's communication channels. So long as an member complies with the terms established by the company, WOR(l)D shall pay Commissions to such member in accordance with the Compensation Plan.

So long as a Business Partner complies with the terms of the Agreement, Xxxxx shall pay commissions to such Business Partner in accordance with the Global Compensation plan. If a Business Partner's bonuses and commissions do not equal or exceed NZ$13.50, the Company will accrue the commissions and bonuses until they total NZ$13.50. A payment will be issued once NZ$13.50 has accrued. Payment policies for bonuses and commissions in currencies other than the U.S. dollar will be established from time to time by the Company. Bonuses and commissions will be calculated, and checks will be issued, on or before the fifteenth day of each month.
Bonus and Commission Qualifications. An Affiliate must be active and in compliance with the Agreement to qualify for bonuses and commissions. So long as an Affiliate complies with the terms of the Agreement, YAAC shall pay commissions to such Affiliates in accordance with the YAAC Marketing and Compensation plan. The minimum amount for which YAAC will make a direct deposit to an Affiliate’s YAAC MasterCard debit card is $20.00. If an Affiliate’s bonuses and commissions do not equal or exceed $20.00, the Company will accrue the commissions and bonuses until they total $20.00. A deposit will be made once $20.00 has been accrued. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all commissions owed an Affiliate, regardless of the amount accrued, will be paid at the end of each fiscal year.

In order to qualify to receive commissions and bonuses, a Independent Sales Consultant must be in good standing and comply with the terms of the Agreement and these Policies and Procedures. A Independent Sales Consultant will qualify to receive commissions and bonuses so long as he/she meets all qualifications pursuant to the Upyugo Compensation Plan (for more information, please see that document). Upyugo shall pay commissions to such Independent Sales Consultants in accordance with the Compensation Plan. The minimum amount for which Upyugo will issue a commission payment is $20.00. If a Independent Sales Consultant bonuses and commissions do not equal or exceed $20.00, the Company will accrue the commissions and bonuses until they total $20.00. Commissions will be issued once $20.00 has been accrued via paycard, check, or direct deposit.
Bonus and Commission Qualifications. VYVO reserves the right to establish the activation requirements each time. These requirements will be communicated through VYVO's communication channels. So long as an member complies with the terms established by the company, VYVO shall pay Commissions to such member in accordance with the Compensation Plan. The bonuses and the amounts in the basic PayPlan are due to the distributor until he or she leaves the company or comes into conflict with it. From that moment on, the company has the right to halt any commissions payments to the distributor. The company also reserves the right to request the reimbursement of fees in case of fraud that may directly or indirectly involve the distributor. In addition, if the distributor leaves the company or enters into open conflict with it, the company reserves the right to apply for reimbursement for extra bonuses received throughout the distributor’s career in the company (promotions, trips, ownership of fully-paid cars, "equities," and any benefits). Such extra bonus payments must be returned with a 10 percent deduction in each subsequent year at the time they matured.
Bonus and Commission Qualifications. An affiliate must be active and in compliance with the Agreement to qualify for Bonuses and Commissions. So long as an affiliate complies with the terms of the Agreement, WOR(l)D shall pay Commissions to such affiliate in accordance with the Compensation Plan.
