Common use of Bone anchored Clause in Contracts

Bone anchored. hearing aids are excluded except when both of the following applies:  The Insured is not a candidate for an air-conduction hearing aid; and  The bone-anchored hearing aid is used in accordance with FDA approved indications. Repairs and/or replacements for a bone anchored hearing aid, other than for malfunctions, are excluded for Insured’s who meet the above criteria.
