Bonding Provisions. The Employers and the Local Union shall comply with all provisions under the Bonds/Letters of Credit requirements of Section 6.8, in the Local 130 Master Agreement pertaining to bonds covering monetary obligations of employers (including the "splitting" of bonds/letters of credit at percentages specified under the Master Agreement, Section 6.8 and/or dual obligee bonds under the same Section). The Local Union will respond to reasonable information requests from the Contractors Associations (PCA Midwest, Kankakee & Iroquois Counties Plumbing & Piping Contractors Association, and the West Suburban Association), including the names of employers who have posted Bonds/Letters of Credit, the amount of those Bonds/Letters of Credit and the progress of steps by the Local Union to enforce the bonding provisions of Section 6.8. Bonding Provisions. Section 1. Each Individual Employer party hereto shall post a bond, or deposit cash in an equivalent amount to secure the payment of wages, fringe benefits, and other assessments provided for in this Agreement and in the applicable Trust Agreements. Said bond or cash deposit shall be in the amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) for any Individual Employer employing an average of ten (10) or fewer employees during the past calendar year; in the amount of forty thousand dollars ($40,000.00) for any Individual Employer employing an average of eleven (11) to twenty (20) employees during the past calendar year; and an additional two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) for each employee over an average of twenty (20) employees employed during the past calendar year.
Bonding Provisions. Watchmen employed as “regular employees” shall be bonded in accordance with the policy of the Employer and shall be considered unqualified if application for bond is denied by the surety company. All Watchmen employed or to be employed shall be free of felony convictions for fraud, dishonesty, or narcotics.

Bonding Provisions. All contractors requesting employees shall post a Fidelity or Surety Bond in the amount of twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) with the Local before any referrals shall be made to the Employer. This bond shall be held as surety for all wages, benefits. Educational Fund, Etc., as outlined in this Agreement and must remain in effect until termination of all employees and all payments as stated, are satisfied or after one year from initial request for employees, with no default in payments.
Bonding Provisions. In order to work as an active watchmen such watchmen are required to meet the eligibility standards as determined by the Joint Watchmen’s Labor Relation Committee, including all City, State, and Federal requirements. The Committee at random will audit all active watchmen’s credentials.

  • Governing Provisions This Agreement is made under and subject to the provisions of the Plan, and all of the provisions of the Plan are also provisions of this Agreement. If there is a difference or conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of the Plan, the provisions of the Plan will govern.   • SAFETY PROVISIONS It is the essence of this Order that all Services to be performed by Seller shall be done in a safe and good workmanlike manner, free of any accidents.   • Transition Provisions Any person engaged as an apprentice at the date this Agreement commenced operation shall be deemed to be an apprentice for all purposes of this Agreement until the completion or cancellation of their apprenticeship contract.
