Common use of Bond Register Clause in Contracts

Bond Register. The Fiscal Agent will keep or cause to be kept, at its Principal Office sufficient books for the registration and transfer of the Bonds which books shall show the series number, date, maturity amount, rate of interest and last registered Owner of each Bond and shall at all times be open to inspection by the Agency during regular business hours on any Business Day, upon reasonable notice; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Fiscal Agent shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register or transfer or cause to be registered or transferred, on said books, the ownership of the Bonds as hereinbefore provided. The Agency and the Fiscal Agent will treat the Owner of any Bond whose name appears on the Bond register as the absolute Owner of such Bond for any and all purposes, and the Agency and the Fiscal Agent shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary. The Agency and the Fiscal Agent may rely on the address of the Bondowner as it appears in the Bond register for any and all purposes.

The Agency School District and the Fiscal Agent will treat the Owner of any Bond whose name appears on the Bond register Register as the absolute Owner of such Bond for any and all purposes, and the Agency School District and the Fiscal Agent shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary. The Agency School District and the Fiscal Agent may rely on the address of the Bondowner as it appears in the Bond register for any and all purposes.
