Common use of Bond Register Clause in Contracts

Bond Register. The Registrar will keep or cause to be kept at its Principal Office sufficient books for the registration and the registration of transfer of the Bonds, which shall at all times, during regular business hours, be open to inspection by the Authority, the Trustee and the Borrower; and, upon presentation for such purpose, the Registrar shall, under such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe, register the transfer or cause to be registered the transfer, on said books, of Bonds as hereinbefore provided.
