Common use of Bona fide employee Clause in Contracts

Bona fide employee. The Concessionaire warrants it has not employed any company or person, other than a bona fide employee working solely for the Concessionaire, to solicit or secure this Agreement. The Concessionaire warrants it has not paid or agreed to pay any person, company, corporation, individual, or firm, other than a bona fide employee working solely for the Concessionaire, a fee or other consideration contingent upon the award of this Agreement.
