Common use of BODY CORPORATE Clause in Contracts

BODY CORPORATE. The PURCHASER records that he is aware that upon transfer of the UNIT into his name, he will become a member of the Body Corporate established for the DEVELOPMENT SCHEME and the PURCHASER agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the Body Corporate as established by law and/or determined or established by the SELLER.

BODY CORPORATE. 17.1 The PURCHASER records that he is aware that upon transfer of the UNIT into his name, he will become a member of the Body Corporate established for the DEVELOPMENT SCHEME and the PURCHASER agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the Body Corporate as established by law and/or determined or established by the SELLER.

BODY CORPORATE. 12.1 The PURCHASER records that he is aware that upon transfer of the UNIT unit into his name, he will become a member of the Body Corporate established for and he accepts the DEVELOPMENT SCHEME unit, subject to the provisions of the Act relating to the duties and the PURCHASER agrees to abide by the rules and regulations powers of the Body Corporate as established by law and/or determined or established by Corporate, and in particular assumes the SELLERliability for contributions of levies for the repair, upkeep, control, management, insurance and administration of the common property and for all the other purposes described in the Act.

BODY CORPORATE. 18.1 The PURCHASER records that he is aware that upon transfer of the UNIT into his name, he will become a member of the Body Corporate established for the DEVELOPMENT SCHEME SCHEME, and the PURCHASER agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the Body Corporate as established by law and/or determined or established by the SELLER.

BODY CORPORATE. 11.1 The PURCHASER Purchaser records that he is aware that upon transfer of the UNIT Unit into his name, he will become a member entitled to membership of the Body Corporate body corporate as soon as same is established for the DEVELOPMENT SCHEME and building/s. The Purchaser accepts the PURCHASER agrees Unit subject to abide by all the rules and regulations provisions of the Body Corporate Act relating to the duties and powers of the body corporate, and in particular, assumes liability for contribution to the fund established or to be established for the repair, upkeep, control, management and administration of the common property as established contemplated by law and/or determined or established by Section 38 of the SELLERAct.
