Common use of Board of Trustees Clause in Contracts

Board of Trustees. A Board of Trustees will be constituted composed of two (2) members representing the Pulp, Paper and Woodworkers of Canada and two (2) members representing the companies which are plan members, to be responsible for the selection of the underwriter or underwriters and the administration of the Plan.
