Board of Supervisors. If the grievance or complaint is not resolved under Step 4, it may be appealed to the Board of Supervisors. Such appeal shall be filed in writing with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors within ten (10) working days from the time a decision was rendered in Step 4. The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall advise the Board of the grievance or complaint appeal within fifteen (15) working days. As soon as practicable thereafter, the Board of Supervisors shall hear the grievance or complaint in accordance with the rules for hearing established by the Board, and make a written decision which shall be binding on all parties involved.
