BOARD OF EDUCATION RIGHTS. The Association recognizes that the Board has the responsibility and authority to manage and direct all the operations and activities of the District to the full extent authorized by law, and that such rights and responsibilities shall be exercised by the Board in conformity with provisions of this Agreement. All rights and privileges that are not restricted or abridged by this Agreement are reserved to the Board.
