Board of Directors Leave. The Employer shall authorize up to forty-eight hours per year per person without loss of time or pay for directors and officers of the Association's Board of Directors, for the purpose of attending meetings of the Board of Directors. The employee shall give a seven day notice for use of such leave.

Board of Directors Leave. Nurses elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nurses' Association other than to the office of President shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of fifty (50) days annually. There shall be no loss of seniority or credits for the purpose of salary advancement and vacation entitlement or other purposes during such leave.
Board of Directors Leave. The CCSNH shall authorize up to forty-eight (48) hours per year for one person without loss of time or regular pay for a director and/or officer of the Board of Directors for the State Employees’ Association of New Hampshire, Inc., SEIU Local 1984, for the purpose of attending meetings of the Board of Directors. The employee shall give a seven (7) calendar days notice for use of such leave.
Board of Directors Leave. An employee who is elected to the Board of Directors of the Ontario Nurses' Association, other than to the office of President, shall be granted leave of absence without pay. Employees shall continue to accrue seniority and service during such leave of absence. During such leave of absence, the employee's salary and applicable benefits shall be maintained by the Employer, and the Union agrees to reimburse the Employer in the amount of the full cost of such salary and applicable benefits.

Reasonable notice – sufficient to adequately allow the Employer to minimize disruption of its services shall be given to the Employer for such leave of absence. There shall be no loss of seniority or service for a nurse during such leave of absence. Leave of absence under this provision shall be in addition to the Union leave provided in Article 10.02 (b). During such leave of absence, the nurse's salary, applicable benefits and pension shall be maintained by the Employer and the Union agrees to reimburse the Employer in the amount of the full cost of such salary, applicable benefits and pension. It is further understood that the timing of said leave is dependent on the Employer's ability to provide adequate coverage of work to ensure the continuation of all required work functions.

Reasonable notice sufficient to adequately allow Student Health Services to minimize disruption of its services shall be given for such leave of absence. It is further agreed that during any leave as provided for in Article and above, there shall be no loss of seniority for the purpose of salary advancement and vacation entitlement. It is further agreed that if a nurse is on an unpaid status for more than one (1)month, vacation and sick leave credits shall not accrue.

Employee Orientation: Unit orientation programs and/or orientation handbooks shall inform new unit employees that the unit is a bargaining unit represented by the State Employees Association of New Hampshire, Inc. The Employer agrees to distribute informational packets provided by the Association to new unit employees. The Association shall be allowed to make a presentation, consistent with other vendor presentations, at group orientation programs offered by the Employer for unit members. The presentation may be up to one half hour in duration and shall be conducted by an Association staff person or his/her designee. If no group orientation program exists in the unit, the Association staff person shall have access to all new unit employees for up to one half hour at the convenience of the Employer and the new unit employee will be required to attend said meeting.

Reasonable notice - sufficient to adequately allow the Hospital to minimize disruption of its services shall be given to the Hospital for such leave of absence. Notwithstanding Article 10.04, there shall be no loss of seniority or service for a nurse during such leave of absence. Leave of absence under this provision shall be in addition to the Union leave provided in Article 11.02

  • Board of Directors The Board of Directors of the Company is comprised of the persons set forth under the heading of the Pricing Prospectus and the Prospectus captioned “Management.” The qualifications of the persons serving as board members and the overall composition of the board comply with the Exchange Act, the Exchange Act Regulations, the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 and the rules promulgated thereunder (the “Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act”) applicable to the Company and the listing rules of the Exchange.
