Common use of Board Members Clause in Contracts

Board Members. The first initial Shamrock Designee shall be Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx and the second initial Shamrock Designee shall be named by Shamrock after the date hereof; the initial GE Capital Designees shall be Xxxx Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx; the initial Founder Designee shall be the Founder; the initial Xxxxx Designee shall be Xxxxxxx Senior; the initial Xxxxx Designee shall be Xxxxx Xxxxxxx; and the initial Other Designee shall be Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx.
