In addition, the SCSB requires the website contain links to school data and accountability reports maintained on other websites (e.g., student assessment, audited financial statement, etc.); links to Governing Board meeting dates, agendas, minutes and recordings; and reports created by the Governing Board to 18 U.C.A. §53G-5-407 19 U.C.A. §53G-5-302(2)(a) 22 U.C.A. §53G-5-202 23 U.C.A. §53G-5-404(9) provide evidence of how the Charter School performed compared to the assurances and school accountability measures in this Charter Agreement.
