  • The Custodian as Foreign Custody Manager Each Fund, by resolution adopted by its Board of Trustees, hereby delegates to the Custodian, subject to Rule 17f-5(b), the responsibilities set forth in this Section 2.3 with respect to Foreign Securities of the Funds held outside the United States, and the Custodian hereby accepts such delegation as Foreign Custody Manager with respect to the Funds.   • Transactions in Foreign Custody Account (a) Except as otherwise provided in paragraph (b) of this Section 3.8, the provision of Sections 2.2 and 2.7 of this Contract shall apply, mutatis mutandis to the foreign securities of the Fund held outside the United States by foreign sub-custodians.
