Common use of Blue Sky Matters Clause in Contracts

Blue Sky Matters. All consents, approvals, qualifications and/or registrations required to be obtained or effected under any applicable state securities or "blue-sky" laws in connection with the execution and delivery of the Shares shall have been obtained or effected.

Blue Sky Matters.
