Common use of Blue Sky Law Clause in Contracts

Blue Sky Law. The Company shall have obtained, or shall obtain within the time periods required by applicable law, all necessary blue sky law permits and qualifications, or secured exemptions therefrom, required by any state identified in Section 4.7 of the Disclosure Schedule for the offer and sale of the Securities at the Closing.
