Blood Donation Leave. Leave shall be granted to employees to donate blood at an onsite and Appointing Authority endorsed program.
Blood Donation Leave. Leave of absence with pay may be granted for the purpose of donating blood, not to exceed two (2) hours.

Blood Donation Leave. Paid leave shall be granted to employees to donate blood on or off site, not to exceed three (3) hours per fiscal year, upon reasonable notice to employee’s supervisor or designee, and shall not be unreasonably denied. The three (3) hours may be used intermittently.
Blood Donation Leave. Employees shall be allowed up to four (4) hours of paid time off per calendar quarter to donate blood. This paid time off shall not result in any loss of leave for the employee. The MOA shall require proof of donation before qualifying the employee to receive the paid time off. Such paid time off for blood donation must be scheduled with the consent of the MOA.
Blood Donation Leave. Employees shall be eligible for leave to donate blood, in accordance with the procedures outlined in MOA P&P 40-1.
