Blocking of access. 5.1. Trade Republic is entitled to block access to the Custody Account in whole or in part if this is justified by factual reasons related to the security of online brokerage and / or personalized security features.
Blocking of access. Baloise reserves the right to restrict or, where appropriate, block access to its online services in justified cases (e.g. for maintenance purposes, in the event of security risks or if confidentiality and/or data protection regulations are violated). In such cases, Baloise can demand that the User provide a different form of authentication (e.g. signature). The User can ask Xxxxxxx to block his/her access at any time.

In the event of fraudulent access by a person other than the User, the User must, as soon as he/she is aware of such event, block access to the Service by notifying LYF by any available means. Use of the Service will be blocked from the notification date until the block is lifted. Any verbal blocking request must immediately be followed up in writing using, in particular, the standard form available online at xxx.xxx.xx.
Blocking of access. Customers who suspect that an unauthorized party is in possession of the login details must call AXA’s Customer Care unit at the Service Center at 0800 809 292 immediately. The Service Center can be reached around the clock. AXA has the right to block access to the client portal fully or partially without prior notification if these “Terms of use for corpo- rate customers” are violated – e.g. through a breach of due diligence (para. 9) or data security provisions (para. 11) or on suspicion of misuse by an unauthorized third party. AXA rejects all liability for loss or damage that occurs in connection with blocked access.
Blocking of access. 1.5 BYES InTec reserves the right to block the customer's access at the customer's cost with immediate effect in the event of misuse. Access will remain blocked until the respective circumstances have been clarified or the customer has provided evidence of the actual harmlessness of the content concerned.
