Common use of Blocked Currency Clause in Contracts

Blocked Currency. If by applicable Law or fiscal policy of a particular country, conversion into United States dollars or transfer of funds of a convertible currency to the United States is restricted or forbidden, royalties accrued in that country shall be paid to Arvinas in the country in local currency by deposit in a local bank designated by Arvinas, unless the Parties otherwise agree.
